Since the time that I had the desire to make a pull apart bread it is finally done !!! We know a lot of this recipe with cheese that stretches when you take a pieces of bread… but then I wanted a version vegan, perfect for a cocktail (or not) light ! And on this day a gathering has led us straight on the tracks of the burnet. This plant is amazing, it has the taste of cucumber and the taste is not lost to the cooking… so I just want to sublimate with nuts and olive oil.

The burnet is picked in the meadows windy (yes she loves the wind !), and eaten just after picking (well, yes it is better !). You can also make a small salad to serve with your wand !

Pull apart bread with walnuts and burnet {vegan}

Ingredients (for 4-6)

  • 1 baguette cereals
  • 1 handful of burnet
  • 70 g of walnuts
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil


Preheat the oven to 200°.

Cut the bread into slice, taking care not to cut through to the end.

Wash and snip the burnet.

Crush the nuts into pieces and sprinkle with the burnet in the slices of bread.

Pour a good drizzle of olive oil.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Eat them with your fingers, warm or lukewarm !
