With the return of the rain, yes we can’t ignore the face, it is the heaven which is veiled in this moment, we have rather and of new want to things comforting ! Here is a recipe that changes a little with, as its name suggests, the Cheese and the ham. Add to this the eggs and a little cream and you’ll get a nice quiche.
It is good , it is simple and it’s fast what more can one ask !!!
Quiche with Cheese and ham
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 100 g of Morbier AOC
- 4 slices a little thick, good ham country
- 2 large eggs
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- 10 cl of milk
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 210°.
Roll out the puff pastry dough in the pie pan.
Cut the slices of ham into strips and add to the dough.
Made of slices of Morbier cheese, and set them on the ham.
In a bowl, beat the eggs in the omelet and add the cream and the milk and then season to taste (do not add too much salt), then pour the device on the dough.
Bake for 20 min.
Enjoy warm with a good salad of the season.
