Quiche with tuna

Ingredients (for a quiche)

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 250 g of tuna
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 cl of fresh cream
  • 10 cl of milk
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Wash and cut the tomatoes into slices.

Roll out the dough, lay it in a pie pan.

Add the mustard over the pastry and then crumble the tuna on top. finish by adding the sliced tomatoes on top.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the cream and the milk and then season with salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the quiche.

Bake 20-25 min.

And lo and behold, it is already ready ! You can enjoy with a good salad green.
