Mister was left in moving so I had to make myself eat just for me and as I said the expression “cobblers are the worst shod” !!! Because, yes, when I’m alone, I need to do a little violence to get me to eat. But as I want to make you happy by posting recipes and I motivates me (not really thank you for your motivation !!!).

So here is a quiche without the dough and gluten-free, and light, made with the latest harvests or purchases of tomatoes. It is perfect for your quick lunches or for a small entry or an aperitif between friends this weekend if you do it in mini version.

Quiche without dough with cherry tomatoes, feta and basil {gluten-free}

  • Twenty cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of rice flour full
  • 2 small swiss
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 50 g of grated cheese
  • 50 g of feta cheese
  • 1/2 bunch basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a bowl, beat the eggs then add the yogurt and the flour. Pour in the milk and mix.

Then add the gruyere cheese, the basil and the feta into pieces and then season to taste.

Put the cherry tomatoes in a pie dish and then pour the dough on top.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Serve with a good salad.
