Thing promised something due, here is how to accommodate the grilled vegetables to the indian that I proposed to her yesterday. Humm the raita… it is probably my tv indian favorite, you know ?! Warm vegetables topped off with a yoghurt with spices and a hint of coconut, it is so terribly good !
But the raita can also be realized with other associations of vegetables such as potatoes with zucchini, or onions and chickpeas, but also with vegetables cold (well when the sun high-five strong), such as cucumber, cébette or tomato, alone or mixed with warm vegetables. Do you follow me ?! Anyway, do as you feel !

Ingredients (for 4)
For vegetables this is the recipe of the cauliflower and onions grilled in the indian
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 large red onion
- 2 tbsp of cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp of coriander seeds
- 1 c. c. of mustard seeds
- Olive oil
For the yogurt spice
- 3 yogurt types, smooth (house or Greek)
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tbsp of cumin powder
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- Of the grated coconut
- Mint leaves
For cooking vegetables, see here .
For the yogurt spicy, nothing more simple mix all the ingredients together except the coconut.
Divide the cooked vegetables and hot, in bowls, top with yogurt, sprinkle with a little grated coconut and garnish with a mint leaf.
Has eat as is with naans or as an accompaniment to chicken tikka.
