It is Wednesday today, the day of the children (youhou !), so why not make them fun and we do fun for us big kids ?! The rice milk is a bit of my “comfort food” version of dessert, a dessert that I am sure brings you back to childhood ! It is easy to make, it only requires 4 ingredients, so why deprive yourself ?!

And then if you want to change a little, there is also the version of the rice milk to the chocolate for the great greedy !

Make fart pots and pans !

Rice milk vanilla

Ingredients (for 4 to 6 pots)

  • 160 g round rice
  • 1 litre of raw milk, or whole
  • 70 g of sugar cane
  • 1/2 vanilla pod

Description

Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the sugar and gently heat it.

Split the 1/2 vanilla pod in half and remove the grains, then add the milk.

When milk, mud, add the rice in rain and reduce heat.

Stir from time to time.

Cook over a low heat for about 30-35 minutes until the rice flush with the surface.

Divide into jars, let cool and enjoy.
