  • 1/2 watermelon
  • 1 melon
  • 30 cl of water
  • 100 g of cane sugar
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • The juice of half a lemon

 

Preparation

  • Mix the water and sugar and bring to a boil for 5 minutes to form the syrup. Remove from the heat, add the chopped mint and lemon juice then let cool.
  • Cut the melon and watermelon into balls using a melon baller.
  • Mix the beads with fruit and syrup and put in a cool 1 hour before serving.
