Salads in the summer it is a bit like a small casseroles in the winter, you could not really happen. Adds to the long list of salads, a small salad of bulgur with peas and fresh beans all fresh found in the market and a bit of feta for gluttony, yes, because the feta cheese I love it (like I’m going to can be propose this slogan rotten for a pub !) !!!
Good and then for nothing to spoil, I suggest you put aside the skin of the beans. Bah yes, because after discussion with Céline, a friend, a blogger, I realized that these small skins could be used in the kitchen (thanks Céline !). So tomorrow I propose to you the famous little recipe in question, do not thank me for so much generosity !!!
Take advantage of nice weather to wander on the market your vacation, or get close to you and dégottez of beautiful vegetables to make you happy at lunch time !
Salad of bulgur wheat, peas, beans and feta
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 250 g bulgur wheat
- 300 g of green peas (weight of non shelled)
- 400 g broad beans (weight of non shelled)
- 150 g of feta cheese
- a drizzle of olive oil
- The juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper
Cook the bulgur as indicated on the packet, drain and leave to cool.
Écossez the beans and peas and then cook for 4 minutes in boiling salted water. Plunge them in cold water and then peel the broad beans to remove the skin.
Prepare a simple vinaigrette by mixing in a drizzle of olive oil with the juice of half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the salad by mixing the bulgur wheat, peas, beans, and feta cheese cut in soon. Season with the vinaigrette.
