Mr is sometimes on the move then this is dining solo at home, but in these cases, I do not like to eat, do not take me head (yes what I love about it is when even cook for others !), then cereals, fresh vegetables, and a good mozza’ and the tour and played !

I allowed myself to be tempted by the first tomato beef heart (yes, yes, it is true, mea culpa I am a weak woman !), because I do not know you, but I really wanted some of these tomatoes (and spring too !) !!!

Good but as said, not seen, not taken…what you saw me ?!

Salad of mixed grains, avocado, tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 50 g quinoa
  • 50 g bulgur wheat
  • 50 g of small spelt
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 mozzarella di buffala
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 drizzle of avocado oil.
  • Salt and pepper


Cook the quinoa, bulgur, and einkorn, as indicated on the package and then let cool in a bowl.

Cut the mozzarella and the avocado in cubes and the tomato into quarters and add all grains.

Make a small vinaigrette with the lemon juice and avocado oil and then pour over the salad.

You can add some fresh herbs if you have them on hand !

Good salad.
