Salmon steak sauce exotic

  • 4 salmon fillets (500 g)
  • 50 cl of coconut milk
  • 2 sticks of lemongrass
  • 1/2 a root of galangal
  • 1 orange
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 broth cube of vegetables
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper



  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Remove the salmon fillets in a glass baking dish, previously oiled. Add salt and pepper and place a slice of lemon on each pad. Cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil.
  • Cook for 45-50 min.
  • For the sauce, pour in a saucepan the coconut milk, the juice of the orange and the lemon, the broth cube of vegetables and infuse with lemongrass cut into pieces (3 cm) galangal, cut into strips. Simmer over a very low fire until the end of the cooking of the fish.
  • When the salmon is cooked, you can serve with white rice and add the sauce which you have previously removed the lemongrass and the galangal.


It is a real treat and a concentrate of flavors.
