I like nothing to spoil in the kitchen, so when I open a squash I get the seeds for the toaster.

You will be able to enjoy them in a drink or sprinkle over your salads, soups or risottos !

Seeds of squash, roasted peanuts


  • The seeds of a pumpkin of your choice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt


Separate the pumpkin seeds from the flesh and wash them.

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Arrange on a baking sheet, add a drizzle of olive oil and salt.

Bake for 15 min and stir halfway through cooking.
