Gentleman is a party on the move, that’s not a problem, I’m not going to let abatrre anyway ! Fancy a cracking candy and chocolate, I make this little pleasure alone !!! And as you have loved, I am sure, the chocolate cake with caramel salted butter here is another delicacy in the series chocolate cake with a heart of Nocciolata.
For those that do not yet know the Nocciolata is a spreadable paste with hazelnut and chocolate ultra-soft . I discovered it quite by accident in my Monop’ and I have to say that (for the moment) this is my favorite !

Semi-sweet chocolate and the praline, the heart of Nocciolata
Ingredients (for 4)
- 100 g of good dark chocolate
- 100 g of butter
- 30 g of icing sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp praline
- 4 c. c. of chocolate paste choco-hazelnut
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Melt together the butter and the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, stir well.
Pour in 3 eggs beaten to the mixture of chocolate-butter.
Add the icing sugar, the flour and the praline and mix without working the dough too.
Pour the preparation into small molds buttered up to half and then add in the center a teaspoon of chocolate spread. Cover dough up to the top.
Bake for 10 min.
Enjoy hot !
