The weekend arrives and you have nothing in mind for a drink ? I have the solution with these great shortbread parmesan, easy to make for a drink “home-made” that will delight your friends !

I have not repeated the experience, but I remember that Gentleman had all eaten the same evening… yes, yes, they know how to be greedy these men !!!

Shortbread parmesan

Ingredients (for twenty)

  • 100 g of flour
  • 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 40 g demi-sel butter
  • 1 egg
  • 5 cl of water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper


Work the flour and egg and then add the butter and the parmesan cheese. Add the water gradually and season to taste.

Shape into a sausage by rolling it in paper film and set aside 30 minutes in the freezer.

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Cut the sausage into slices about 1 cm and then remove the shortbread on a baking sheet.

Bake for 12-13 minutes.

Allow it to cool before tasting to the cocktail hour !
