Small salad of sucrine salad with the vinaigrette, goat cheese and fish grilled
Ingredients (for 2 pers.)
- 1 yellow peach
- 2 brown washed and leaves separated
- squash seeds
For the dressing :
- 30g fresh goat cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
- the juice of half a lemon
- salt and ground pepper
For the dressing, put the goat cheese, the oils and the lemon juice in a blender and mix to bind the vinaigrette, season with salt and pepper.
Cut your peach in half, remove the core and put them on a grill side meat for the grill.
Arrange in serving plates and season with pepper.
Put your salad on serving plates, drizzle dressing, and add a few seeds of squash.
