Smoothie apple beet, ” the roots “
Ingredients (for 2 glasses)
- 20 cl of apple juice
- 1 apple
- 2 raw beets of medium size
- The juice of half a lemon
Peel and cut the apple and beet into pieces and then place in a blender.
Add the apple juice and the lemon juice.
Mix until the mixture is nice and smooth (at worst go to the chinese before that your blender makes the soul !)
