Smoothie bowl… but that is what it is ?! Ben is a smoothie in a bowl, simply ! Good in fact, it is even a little better than a smoothie because usually we eat it at breakfast, and so the idea is to make it a little more hearty and rich in good things that a ‘simple smoothie’. For this first, so it is a smoothie bowl with red fruit that I concocted to breakfast.
I took strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, added a little-switzerland, mix it all together and then I opened my closet and garnished with chia seeds, almonds, granola, etc, And well, all I can say is that it is delicious ! If you don’t believe me then test, test, test ! It is good, excellent for the health, and it helps make the full of vitamins thanks to this little bomb of fruits. A perfect way to start a day, especially after 1 week in England to enjoy the local cuisine… I think I’ll become a follower and I’ve already started to imagine my next smoothie bowls… If you have ideas, please do not hesitate to my leave a little comment at the bottom of the article…
To 1 Save Print Ingredients
- 10 strawberries
- 10 raspberries
- 10 blackberries
- 1 petit-suisse
- A few almonds
- A few raspberries for decoration
- 1 handful of granola or muesli
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Place all of the fruit and the petit-suisse in a mixer or blender and mix quickly until the texture is homogeneous.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Drop on top, chia seeds, almonds, granola and some whole raspberries.
- Mix and enjoy.
