I am sure that this smoothie will please you (yes, yes I am convinced), perfect for the first cold weather arrives, perfect also for making the full of vitamins and comfort. And then you begin to know my unlimited love for smoothies of all kinds, and it is both very soft thanks to the coconut milk and mango and slightly “pepsi” (from the verb pepser !) thanks to the orange juice (yeah that’s the first oranges make their appearance). And I can tell you one thing, bah I can’t get enough of this smoothie mango, orange ! And then it’s not as if making a smoothie it was kind max 3 minutes… I say that I say nothing bands flemmards !
Personally this is surely one of my smoothies favorite and I’m sure it will become yours also (good, but this is only my opinion, and I’m obviously not the most objective !!!) ! Come on, good smoothie !
Smoothie mango, orange, coconut milk and banana
To 2 glasses Save Print Ingredients
- The juice of 2 large oranges or 4 small
- 20 cl of coconut milk
- 1 mango
- 1/2 banana
- Peel the mango and the banana and then cut into pieces.
- Squeeze the oranges and reserve the juice.
- Mix together in a blender the mango, the banana, the orange juice and the coconut milk until smooth and fluffy.
Drink fresh !
