Still a smoothie, and yes because it’s hot then it’s important to rehydrate and feel good at the same time ! We know all of the potential properties of ginger and exotic fruits it gives…. what will you imagine ?!!! Just a savory cocktail in the name of “stimulating,” okay I let you imagine …!!!

Smoothie mango, pineapple, ginger, ” the stimulating “

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 20 cl of apple juice
  • 1/4 mango
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • A “thumb” of ginger


Peel and cut into chunks the mango, the pineapple and the ginger.

Mix all in a blender, adding as the apple juice, you can add a little more if you want a more liquid consistency.

Serve well chilled.
