I don’t know about you, but I’m torn between the feeling of wanting to already take advantage of the best products of the fall and the want to enjoy the last fruits of the summer… What a good smoothie watermelon gooseberry perfectly illustrates this last sentiment ! With these beautiful bright and vivid colors it allows me to extend a little the heat of summer (even if we haven’t had a summer heatwave…), at least mentally… Hurry up, soon there would remain of summer fruit !! I’ve even seen a few strawberries this morning, but it feels like it is seriously the end…
So there I am, as I told you the last time, for my smoothie raspberry grapefruit, to mix my fruit with a good blender without the cap and with my hand on the top of the device… �� maybe one day I will see this little missing piece…

- 1/4 of watermelon
- 200 g redcurrants
- 6 ice cubes
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Still nothing complicated when one makes a smoothie.
- Pour the gooseberries, watermelon cut into little pieces and sugar in your blender and mix until the mixture is well blended.
- Pour into glasses and add an ice cube in each.
