It was a long time that I didn’t have you concocted a good little smoothie, even though I’m sure some longer dream of a good hot tea !!!

It is a smoothie very complete and nourishing that I propose to you there. With Mr, we were drinking at the time of the to try as well after a ride in the mountains, but I think it will be perfect for breakfast.

Then, all of your blender, it will mix in the cottages ( ok it’s Sunday, so you excuse me for just non ?!) !

Smoothie with blueberries, banana and milk plant, ” the deep purple “

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 150 g of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 30 cl of vegetable milk (here rice milk)
  • Honey or agave syrup if desired


Mix together the blueberries and the banana pieces and then add gradually the milk plant. Emulsify the mixture.

Serve fresh.
