A smoothie good for our body and skin that you said ?! A bottle of carrot juice in the fridge and hey presto an idea of smoothie carrots, orange, mango in the head for the Sunday afternoon, Mr. a is the head start for the carrot and then finally he asked !!!

A smoothie all orange with carrot, orange and mango and yogurt to soften the whole, referred to as “beta-carotene” perfect for our tan (or pink butt !) the girls (and boys of course) !

Smoothie with carrot, orange, mango, ” beta-carotene “

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 20 cl of carrot juice
  • 1/4 mango
  • The juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 yogurt or 1 cottage cheese

Description

Peel the mango, squeeze the oranges and then put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you obtain a frothy consistency.

Serve fresh.
