These smore’s chai latte cookies were born on the days where Ivy Chang Inside Kitchen Project coming up in my kitchen, and that was last December, so in effect it is a bit dated (don’t worry since they have all disappeared !). Good, but as they were not as I wanted on the first try (you should know that I am a hyper perfectionist), I’ve reworked and I got the result I wanted : cookies-sweet, spicy and fudge with marshmallows. The spices, I want mother-I had brought back from India and as I don’t like the chai latte as such, I had never used. And why not spice in cookies… that is what I told myself when I saw the pot of spices at the bottom of the closet, which I begged him to use it ! Yes, because of the cookies they had at a lot of things, then those are perhaps the most original that I have ever made !

Yes I know, still cookies, after the double chocolate cookies, you’ll believe that one only eats it here… no, no don’t worry !
