After the purchase of a huge celery branch and Sir, I wondered what I could do.

Soup, of course !

Soup carrot, celery and green apple

Ingredients (for 2 bowls)

  • 400 g of carrots
  • 3 branches of celery
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c to c of olive oil
  • 50 cl of water
  • Salt and pepper


Cut the celery into slices and chop the onion and then heat the oil in a casserole and fry the celery and onion over low heat for 10 min.

Cut the carrots into thin slices and the apple into quarters and add to the casserole, then cover with water and season.

Allow to cook for 40 minutes over low heat and covered.

Mix finely and enjoy.

Good soup !
