A classic that allows the cauliflower to get a place of choice in our plates !

Soup of cauliflower with caraway seeds

Ingredients (for 4 bowls)

  • 500 g of cauliflower
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 50 cl of water
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 c to c of caraway seeds
  • 2 c to c of olive oil
  • 1 c to s of fresh cream, thick


Slice the onion and then heat the olive oil in a casserole and sauté the onion and caraway seeds for 7 minutes on a low heat.

Add the cauliflower into florets, milk and water, bring to the boil and cook for 10 min.

Add the cream and mix until you get a smooth consistency and airy.

Good soup !
