Soup of marrows and carrot red

To 4 Save Print Ingredients

  • 1 pumpkins
  • 5 carrots red
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 knob of butter
  • fresh cream (optional)

 

Instructions

  • Cut the pumpkins into pieces after removing the seeds, but without being peeled. In a saucepan, add the remaining ingredients, cut into pieces.
  • Sauté with a knob of butter. Cover with water and cook at a low temperature.
  • Mix everything well to obtain a smooth texture, add salt and pepper according to your liking and serve hot by adding a little fresh cream if you wish. For decoration, you can sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve in potimarron pumpkin emptied, you can then cook in their turn.
