You already know my love for the spreads and other hummus, so I it again with this recipe, vegan raw, for a drink while lightweight ! So I went on a base that I love, hummus, or at least, like a hummus, and the rest came as an evidence.
So, ready to adopt the ” raw ” and ” vegan attitude to drink ?!
Spread, raw carrots, sunflower seeds, and bear’s garlic
Ingredients (for 4-6)
- 4 carrots
- 150 g of sunflower seeds
- The juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp of tahini
- 1 tbsp of shoyu
- 1 c. s. of bear’s garlic dried
Peel the carrots and then cut into pieces.
Put the pieces of carrots and sunflower seeds in a blender and mix until you obtain a fine paste. It may take you more or less time depending on the quality of your mixer, but do not lose patience and take breaks as to not overheat the device.
Then add the other ingredients and mix for 2-3 minutes.
Serve, therefore, to the cocktail hour with rice cakes for example !
