I’m not at my first attempt of a chocolate spread home, I had to make a classic version here, but this time it is a spreadable paste raw that I offer. Yes, because I have discovered there are few (ok, 2 centuries after all the world !!!) the joys of raw cacao. What I can tell you is that it is just a killing that thing, and when we tasted it, it is difficult to get. By the way I have made a few other recipes that I dévoilerais in the near future, yes, because before the holidays we never eat enough chocolate !!!

Let us return to our sheep, because after making a tour of puree of hazelnuts, I have decided in the aftermath to make the dough spreadable house (yes, because otherwise it is not even worth thinking about) and it for the most pleasure… me and the Mister too ! Good the pot did not last long, and this version more “healthy” chocolate paste has nothing to envy to the Nutella ! Good and then, frankly, between us, it still is not much complicate to do it !

To-1 pot Save Print Ingredients

  • 250 g of mashed hazelnut house
  • 2 tablespoons of raw cacao
  • 4 tablespoons of hazelnut oil
  • 50 g agave syrup

 

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together to get the dough to spread.
  • Put in pot and enjoy.
