We can see from a lot of time in this square recipe lemon, on the blogger culinary and I have to say that it made me want to put me me too ! So here is a version lightning-fast of the square recipe lemon, which is made with the lemon curd in the lemon beldi and which get devoured just as quickly !
Ingredients (for a flat rectangular or square)
For the dough
- 150 g of flour
- 115 g butter
- 20 g of icing sugar
- 20 g of cornflour
- 1 pinch of salt
For the lemon curd
- 130 g of sugar cane
- 100 g butter, diced
- 4 eggs
- The juice and zest of 2 small lemons corsica
- The juice and zest of one lemon beldi

Preheat the oven to 180°.
For the dough, mix together all the ingredients and stir with the tip of the fingers to obtain a homogeneous mixture and crumbly.
Line the mold with a sheet of parchment paper and add the dough, tamp lightly and leave to cook for 25 min until the dough colors.
Add on top of the lemon curd and allow to cook for 15-20 min at 150°.
Let cool, cut into squares, sprinkle with icing sugar and devour !
