Stewed apple, pomegranate

Ingredients (for 4)

  • 5 apples (here the Reinette du Vigan)
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 20 cl of pomegranate juice

Description

Peel the apples, cut into quarters and cut them into small from.
Put them to cook over low heat with pomegranate juice for 20 min.

During this time, discard the pomegranate seeds from their skin white.
At the end of cooking and once the sauce has cooled, add the pomegranate seeds.

For the hungry, you can serve the compote with a spoon of sour cream or yogurt to make lighter !
