What would you say about a good strawberry pie ? After the release of strawberry pie vegan with a lil taste of almond, this is a pie 100% strawberry and milk without that I suggest you, perfect for those addicted to the strawberry as me ! Yes, because I don’t get tired of eating a ton 1/2 of strawberries per week (and yes, it is that this ma ptite lady/my good sir !). Because I must confess, I’m a strawberry addict, this is my favorite fruit (sorry, mrs. cherry !). Anyway, my last word will be : eat strawberries (yes there are three words and then ?!) !

Go drive, back your strawberry, you eat a good pie !

Strawberry pie {without milk}

Ingredients (for 1 pie)

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 5 tbsp of strawberry jam
  • 30 g of mashed strawberries
  • 10 cl of water
  • 1 sheet of gelatin

For the dough

  • 250 g of flour
  • 5 cl of neutral oil
  • 50 g of icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cold water
  • 1 pinch of salt


Pour the flour and sugar in a bowl and then add the oil. Sand dough with fingertips, then add the water.Stir until the batter is smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Press the dough on 4 mm and go for it in a pie pan. Cook white 20-25 minutes. Let it cool down.

Spread the strawberry jam over the pastry.

Équeutez and cut the strawberries in two. Arrange it nicely on the pie.

Prepare the syrup by putting it to soften the leaf gelatin in cold water. Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to the boil and add the sheet gelatin. Let cool and glaze the strawberries with the syrup.
