Here’s a recipe vegetarian simple for the days in which he must act quickly to cook or for evenings where a desire of dough is made to feel !!!
Mr. loves pasta and I want them all the time. Its seasoning favorite, the pesto, but if I was listening to her no one would eat more than that !!! However, he does not like so much the blue cheese… so I took advantage of being alone in the house for me to make my pasta to me. The cream oats to the lightness, of the roquefort (because I love it !!!) and tomatoes for freshness, a perfect recipe with good fresh pasta !
Tagliatelle, sauce roquefort cheese and cherry tomatoes
Ingredients (for 1 !)
- Good pasta, fresh tagliatelle for me
- 20 cl of cream oatmeal
- 30 g of roquefort
- A dozen of cherry tomatoes (here of the hearts of pigeon)
- Salt and pepper
Cook the pasta as indicated on the packaging, personally I prefer them well “al dente” but this is a matter of taste and a debate !
During this time, prepare the sauce. For this, heat in a saucepan over low heat the cream and oats and then add the roquefort, cut into pieces. Let it melt the mixture slowly.
Once the cheese melted and bound to the sauce add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, then remove the pan from the heat. Season the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the tagliatelle, stir and serve immediately.
