Oh the pies… it is not the first but it is definitely not the last either ! Not the first, but in all cases the first fruit tart in red that I suggest you not least, a cake version of the vegan with pine nuts and pistachios…oh, gluttony, I will lose !!! It is also the first time I used silken tofu, albeit not without hesitation, but I started the challenge to make a cream of pine nuts with (yes I am like that, I’m starting my own challenges !). And in the end, I am seduced by the tofu, that I will not forget to test in other preparations.

What I love when I realize versions of vegan desserts, this is not to say anything to the people who enjoyed and each time they are amazed not to have seen that fire, and it is at this point that I say to myself as I made my bet ! So, try this beautiful pie ?!

Tart red fruits and pine nuts {vegan}

For 1 pie Save Print Ingredients

  • 250 g of strawberries
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 400 g of tofu
  • 100 g of agave syrup
  • 50 g) pine nuts powder
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Pistachios
  • 220 g of wheat flour bise
  • 120 g of pine nuts, chopped
  • 20 g of cane sugar
  • 5 cl of vegetable oil neutral
  • 5 tablespoons cold water



  • Prepare the dough by putting the flour and the pine nuts chopped in a bowl. Mix, make a well and add oil and sugar and then sand the tips of the fingers. Add the water gradually and form a ball nice and smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes to cool.
  • Preheat the oven to 190°.
  • Go for the dough by hand in a pie pan covered with parchment paper, prick with a fork and then cook the dough to white, 20-25 minutes. Take out and leave to cool.
  • Prepare the cream with pine nuts to this mix the silken tofu with the coconut oil and agave syrup, in order to obtain a smooth cream. Add the pine nuts to a powder, mix and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  • Spread the cream on the dough cools.
  • Cut the strawberries into 2 or 4 and arrange them nicely on the tart with the raspberries.
  • Finish with some crushed pistachios.
