Here’s a recipe quick and season with good tomatoes, the beef heart. My mom came to eat at the house this afternoon, I wanted something simple and quick to make with tomatoes that she had brought me to the garden.
Serve simply with a good romaine lettuce, or sucrine crisp and it is perfect !
Tarte fine of tomato beef heart, whole grain mustard and comté
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 3-4 tomatoes beef heart (depending on the size)
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 50 g county
- A good pinch of herbs de Provence
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Lay out your puff pastry on a baking sheet. Cover of mustard and county cut into thin strips.
Wash and cut your tomatoes into thin slices and arrange on the dough.
Sprinkle with herbs de Provence and pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
