Piece somewhat forgotten, apart from the confit, the thigh is a simple meal and incredibly delicious, and yes, because duck and orange have always made good bedfellows !

Thigh of duck in orange and honey

Ingredients (for 2)

  • 2 duck legs
  • The juice and the zest of an orange
  • The supreme (neighborhoods without skin) 2 oranges
  • 2 c to s of honey
  • salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 190°.

Degrease the duck legs and season the 2 sides. Arrange them in a baking dish and bake-the as is 10 min.

After 10 minutes, remove the dish from the oven and remove the melted fat.

Add into the dish the zest, the juice and the pieces of oranges as well as honey on the duck legs.

Bake skin side up for 40 minutes of cooking, basting from time to time, it is necessary that the sauce is reduced and the duck is well browned.

Serve with fresh pasta.
