The tian is a classic easy and of the effect, fortunately, because it takes a bit of time to put all the vegetables ! I love cheese (of course, I repeat myself) but then I had on hand two beautiful dung de Chavignol and I am told that the association would not hurt. The mister and I have devoured the dish, so I think it was more than not bad !!!
So here is a version without the eggplant with the tomato, zucchini and goat cheese of course.
Try it out !
