To change from the tiramisu that we know it all, here’s a tiramisu with a little cake that I am fond of the amaretto.
Taste, and you will become quickly addicted !
Tiramisu with amaretti
Ingredients (for 4)
- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 40 g of cane sugar
- 10 cl of espresso
- 5 cl of marsala sec or amaretto
- 16 amaretti soft
- Bitter cocoa
Prepare your espresso coffee and set aside to let cool.
Separate the whites from the egg yolks and then add the yellow to the sugar, and whisk to whiten the mixture.
Add the mascarpone to the mixture last and beat to obtain a smooth consistency, then refrigerate.
Beat whites in snow and incorporate to the mascarpone cream.
In each glass bottom have of the mascarpone cream, and overlay a three-amaretti soaked in coffee and slightly crushed.
Cover with mascarpone cream and add on top a last amaretto soaked in the coffee.
Book for 2 h in a cool and sprinkle with more or less the top of the tiramisu with bitter cocoa.
