This warm environment of the time (yeah it was so liked was that now it has happened and not half !!!) we are encouraged to eat fresh and to avoid (as much as possible) food. Bon bah there it works rather well with this sauce typically Greek, I named the tzatziki. And for the recipe, I give you mine, but it is true that there are as many recipes as mamas Greek therefore I do not want to if yours differs !!!

Good but like any thing that deserves the tzatziki takes a little patience but it is all because frankly it really is not complicated, even my cats could do that (well rather the eating of them !) !

And then I propose you very soon a little recipe that will go perfectly with the tzatziki for an appetizer and perfect (oops, my ankles were swollen !) !!!

Tzatziki house

Ingredients (for 1 bowl)

  • 300 g of yoghurt from sheep to the Greek
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small bunch of fresh dill or fresh mint chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves (fresh to me)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Put the yogurt to drain in a dish towel clean for about 3 hours to remove the whey.

Peel and cut the cucumber into small once and then put it in a colander with two pinch of salt for 30 min so that it disgorged.

Chop the garlic finely then mix in the yogurt drained then add the cucumber, the dill, the olive oil and adjust the seasoning.
