White eat coconut
Ingredients (for 6 portions)
- 40 cl of coconut milk
- 40 cl of milk concentrate unsweetened
- 75 g cane sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 g of agar-agar (or 4 sheets of gelatin)
Split the vanilla pod in two and scrape the inside.
Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan, bring to the boil and leave to infuse the vanilla for 15 min before removing it.
Divide the mixture into the verrines.
Leave to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 h.
You can serve with a mango coulis, for example.
