At home the days pass and are not alike… I think it is the same with you too, but I enjoy it every day to see change Mini-Miss ! And for the kitchen it is the same, the days pass and not alike, fortunately, otherwise there would be no real interest. Today on the menu so it is wok-fried soba noodles and vegetables, because I crack up often at the beautiful chinese cabbage of my dealer without knowing what to do with it. So yes it is simple but I assume, because that says simple says not bad ! And then there’s the soba noodles, with their taste of buckwheat (far from Brittany !) …hmmm I love !

A basic recipe that you can enhance small things in addition if the heart you in said, like chicken, shrimp… I say that, I say nothing!!!!!

Wok-fried soba noodles with vegetables and peanuts

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 100 g soba noodles
  • 1 small chinese cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 g of seeds of mung bean (bean sprouts)
  • 1 small handful of peanuts
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp nuoc mam
  • Vegetable oil

Description

Slice the cabbage and cut the carrots into rings.

Cook the soba noodles as instructed on the package. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok and then add the carrots, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Aoutez then the cabbage and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in the nuoc mam and soy sauce over the vegetables and then add the noodles and the sprouts of mung beans.

Stir and serve immediately with the peanuts coarsely chopped on top.
