I don’t know you but I still want the sun !!! So to solve that (the fact the spring one is waiting for you always !) I concoct small dishes colorful and fresh to cheer me up. And then we can’t say that I’ve skimped on the colors, yeah I’m like that I don’t do things by half, and the mixture is just too cute !
All the ingredients blend beautifully, it’s fresh, it’s crunchy, it is based…in short the dream of those wee wraps !!! I don’t cook often but I have to say for a picnic, a quick lunch or a Sunday night in front of the tv this is just what you need ! In short, we loved it !

Wraps with avocado, mango, feta and red onion
Ingredients (for 4 wraps)
- 4 tortillas
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 mango
- 1/2 red onion
- 100 g of feta cheese
- The juice of half a lemon
- 4 c. c. of avocado oil or olive oil
Heat your tortillas for more flexibility.
Peel and cut the avocado and the mango into thin strips. Pour the lemon juice over the avocado and set aside.
Peel and snip finely the red onion.
On one tortilla, put the avocado, mango, red onion and feta cheese then add a little avocado oil. Fold the sides then roll the wrap from the bottom. Tighten in paper film to fix it and book 30 minutes to cool before serving
