These zucchini stuffed with feta cheese are a idea Sir ! Yes, because that night, I asked him what he was going to make me food because I was really too lazy (I’m not afraid to say it !) to make the dinner. And even if Mr has not been completely dinner, he has helped me in the preparation ! And then I don’t know, but these little zucchini stuffed me have very much enjoyed the main course and I told myself that they would be also not bad as an aperitif or entry just like the small grilled eggplant .
You can of course complement this dish by serving with a good meal spicy, quinoa or bulgur wheat, for example, yes, like that men will still feel they don’t eat vegetables !!!
Zucchini stuffed with feta and basil
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 8 to 12 small zucchini (yellow and green)
- 300 g of feta cheese
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and then dig the inside with a small spoon. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Mix together the feta, basil, chopped, the piment d’espelette, and season.
Pour a drizzle of olive oil on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
